Meditation at The Retreat Holistic Living Centre

Meditation is a natural way of getting to know the mind so that we can investigate and understand how it works and improve it through training. It takes a lot of practice to train the mind.

An introduction to meditation course, with Buddist practice and principles.

1.5 hrs on Sunday mornings starting at 11:00 (alternate weeks) March then May onwards.

The sessions are open to everyone, beginners, advanced, any religion or none. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult. Please book by contacting Susan

Please wear comfortable clothes for relaxation/meditation and bring your favourite blanket/cushion if you have one
