Pilates offers many benefits due to the focus on postural correction and the combination of strength and mobility exercises performed in each session.

Many of us will have some imbalances in our bodies that make us prone to pain or injuries, for example due to unhelpful work postures or hobbies. Pilates is an excellent way of identifying these problems while working through specific exercises to help correct them.

Pilates consists of around 35 different exercises that can be made more or less challenging through the use of body weight, levers and small equipment. Classes are taught in small groups (a maximum of 6) to ensure that everyone achieves an excellent quality of movement and that we can easily make adjustments to your exercises if required.
